Account & Data Deletion Request
Under Google Play Data Safety standards, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your PunchPoint account, authentication credentials, and personal profile data.
Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant)
If you have the PunchPoint app installed on your Android device:
- 1. Open PunchPoint and navigate to the Settings screen.
- 2. Select "Account & Security" → "Delete My Account".
- 3. Authenticate with your password or biometric prompt. Your profile and login credentials will be immediately purged from our servers.
Method 2: Web-Based Deletion Request Form
If you have uninstalled the app or lost your mobile device, submit the form below. Requests are verified and processed within 48 business hours.
⚠️ Statutory Labor Records & Data Retention Disclosure:
In compliance with federal and state statutory labor regulations (Fair Labor Standards Act / state wage recordkeeping mandates), historical timecard and wage records recorded by an employer may be retained by your employer for 3 to 7 years as required by law, even after your personal user login and individual profile have been purged.
